《Morning Has Broken》（破晓），也可以翻译成《晨之歌》，或者《清晨来临》。从歌曲的名字可以看出，这是一首歌唱大自然的歌曲，歌唱上苍之作的歌曲。人类对黄昏有着很多的情愫，同样对于清晨也有着特别的情感。
不知道我们的听友中，有多少有过破晓时分徜徉花海、林间的经历。那种亲切、清新、愉悦的感觉也许只有亲历过的人才会体验得到——绿色、鸟鸣、潺潺水声、露水、薄雾、清新，一种重生的感觉。有过一次那样的体验，就会悔恨自己常常“赖床的坏习惯”。
《Morning Has Broken》其实是一首小歌，旋律和歌词都不复杂，但却由于它的舒展性和人们对大自然的喜欢，吸引了众多的歌手演唱。本期分享的四个版本各有特色，还有一首用此歌曲改编的吉他曲。Cat Stevens（卡特·斯蒂文斯）的版本，伴奏的乐器主要是钢琴；而苏珍妮的版本中，伴奏的乐器以弦乐为主，带给人的感觉也稍有不同，不过在歌曲3/4拍的节奏下，让人们有圆舞曲的感觉，在幸福中翩翩起舞。
